Leadenham is a village in North Kesteven, Lincolnshire.

Bypassed by the A17, It is on the A607 between Welbourn and Fulbeck.

The village church is St.Swithin's.

The stunning 18th century Leadenham House is surrounded by parkland and 3000 acres of farmland, all with extensive views over the Vale of Trent.

Next stop - The George Hotel, where can be found a good range of real ales, a restaurant and so i have been told a fine collection of several hundred malt whiskies.

Since it was bypassed in the 1990s property prices have rocketed. I can remember looking at a cottage here in the 1990s, the price was £32.000 now you are looking at £200.000 for the same property.

I recently visited Sleaford, Newark and then Leadenham to pick up a very rare
Barnum and Bailey Greatest Show on Earth at Olympia Circus Programme. Returning back to Lincoln via the A607, visiting on the way Welbourn, Wellingore and Navenby.

A quick stop at Boothby Graffoe for a cup of tea with friends, and then i was back on the road to visit Coleby, Harmston, Bracebridge Low Fields and Bracebridge Heath.
